For nearly a century Phelan Elementary School has had a proud tradition of educating students in our community. Although we have come a long way from the one room school house of yester year the same culture of pride and professionalism still exists when it comes to teaching children today. Our teachers and staff are passionate about what they do and always put students first. Children who attend our school not only get a quality education but learn valuable social skills as well.
