conscience and character. Benchmark Transitions is a comprehensive multi-disciplinary approach to residential transitional living for men and women ages 18-24. Our dual-diagnosis model combines clinical treatment behavioral health therapy addiction recovery and aftercare educational opportunities job training and life skills in a structured and nurturing environment that fosters self-discovery and autonomy. Our model is peer-group and community based using a life coaching and therapeutic approach.
