College and career readiness

a gifted academy program symphonic orchestra Welcome to Connolly Middle School and the ASPIRE Academy! At Connolly we bring communities of learners together through the AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) program. We are proud to be an AVID National Demonstration Site. We have also been recognized as an A+ School of Excellence. This distinction celebrates exceptional schools and the work they do to support learning for all students. The ASPIRE Academy for our gifted students brings rigorous learning through hands-on problem-based experiences. Connolly’s music programs offer ranges of courses for instrumental and vocal studies. We are also one of very few middle schools to offer a symphonic orchestra. Students can also take elective classes in STEM art dance and PE. There are after school opportunities clubs and competitive sports for students to participate in throughout the year.
